Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of the Maori Land Act 1993, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of the protection of Wahi Tapu for the common use and benefit of those Ngati Hinewaka who are entitled as descendants of the original owners of Matakitaki-a-Kupe No. 1 Block.
