Road Stopped in Western Bay of Plenty District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60647, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 31D/897, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 415647.3, South Auckland Land Registry. Schedule South Auckland Land District 791 square metres, adjoining Section 21, Block VI, Otanewainuku Survey District; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
