Land Acquired for Recreation Reserve in Hamilton City Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 186 square metres, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 8, D.P. S. 4785; as shown marked ``B'' on S.O.
