Amending a Declaration Declaring Land for Road in Franklin District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 26th day of February 1973, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 March 1973, No. 18, page 408, declaring land taken for road in Franklin County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the land firstly, secondly and thirdly described in the legal description the words ``(S.O. 47172)'' and inserting the words ``(S.O. 47173)'' and by deleting from the land fourthly described in the legal description the words ``(S.O. 47173)'' and inserting the words ``(S.O. 47172)''.
