Classification and Naming of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager (Protection), Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as Gills Reserve.
