Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Naming of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council on the 17th day of June 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on The North Shore City Council by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Bayswater Park. Schedule North Auckland Land District North Shore City 2.3962 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 34397, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 957/288. 771 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 7289, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 1147/92.
