Classification and Vesting of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve described hereto, as a local purpose (drainage and river control) reserve, and vests the said reserve in The Waimakariri District Council in trust for that purpose.
