Road Stopped in Westland District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 8A/270 (Westland Registry). Schedule Westland Land District 1040 square metres, more or less, being legal road, adjoining Lot 2, D.P. 2888; shown as ``A'' on S.O. 12455, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.
