Land Acquired for Road in Westland District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Westland Land District 95 square metres, more or less, being part Section 1, S.O. Plan 11843; shown as ``D'' on S.O. Plan 10787, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.
