Easements for Circle Guidance Lights, Rights of Way and Rights to Convey Electricity Acquired for Dunedin Airport Pursuant to section 20 (1) and section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easements described in the Second Schedule hereto, are acquired as easements in gross over the land described in the First Schedule and shall vest in the Crown (called the grantee) for airport operation purposes on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Such easements may be surrendered at any time by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette. Otago Land District First Schedule Area m Being 1032 Part Section 38, Irregular Block, West Taieri Survey District; shown marked ``A'' on S.O. 24494 (part C.T. 96/80). 787 Part Lot 1, D.P. 23739; shown marked ``A'' on S.O. 24493 (part C.T. 15D/618). 376 Part Section 2 and part Section 2 of 4, Block II, Maungatua Survey District; shown marked ``A'' on S.O. 24495 (part C.T. 409/171). Second Schedule (a) Right to Erect, Operate and Maintain Circle Guidance Light The right to erect, operate and maintain a circle guidance light for airport operation purposes and to transmit light signals from that light. (b) Right to Convey Electricity The right to construct, lay and maintain and operate electric power cables under the land and to convey electric power through them. (c) Right of Way The full rights set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1954. Additional Rights The rights for the grantee, its agents and workmen, together with any tools, implements, machinery, vehicles or equipment of what so ever nature necessary for the purpose to enter upon the land and remain there for any reasonable length of time for the purposes of constructing, inspecting, cleaning, maintaining and repairing and replacing the light, electricity cables and right of way provided that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the land and that the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.
