Land to be Declared Road and Road to be Stopped, Situated in Blocks II and VII, Waikawa Survey District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Dunedin, declares: (a) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be declared road and which shall vest in The Southland District Council.
