Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to preserve and protect the historic and sacred value of the land, its springs and native bush and use as a place of recreation and leisure, to be known as Watarini Te Haara, for the common use and benefit of the owners, their descendants and whanau. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XVI, Omapere Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.0050 (approx.)
