Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for the Purposes of Exchange in Block II, Waikohu Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 12 June 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 June 1997, at page 1458, by deleting the Schedule of that notice and substituting the following Schedule. Schedule Gisborne Land District All that parcel of land containing 3546 square metres, more or less, being Section 29, Block II, Waikohu Survey District and being all certificate of title No. 6A/774.
