Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the declaration dated the 24th day of June 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 26 June 1997, No. 64 at page 1519, declaring land acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting from the Schedule the word ``hectares'' and substituting the words ``square metres''.
