Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Waikato District Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes. Schedule South Auckland Land District 930 square metres being Lot 36, D.P. S. 8878, excepting all mines, veins, seams and beds of coal and other mines and minerals and metals whatsoever within and under the said land as excepted by Transfer 13477 being balance of the land held in certificate of title 5B/222.
