Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of papakainga housing for the common use and benefit of the descendants and beneficial owners of Maketu A, Section 7A and Maketu A, Section 6B, aggregated. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VI, Te Tumu Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 1.0158 Maketu A, Section 7A and Maketu A, Section 6B, aggregated and being all of the land contained in the aggregation order of the Court dated 11 March 1982.
