Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in Westland District Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby: (a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. (b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped. First Schedule Westland Land District 1.4344 hectares, more or less, being part Rural Section 6500, situated in Block VIII, Waiho Survey District; and shown marked ``H'' on plan. Second Schedule Westland Land District 1.0805 hectares, more or less, being legal road adjoining Rural Sections 6499 and 6500 and Reserve 1762, situated in Block VIII, Waiho Survey District; and shown marked ``G'' on plan.
