Land at Johns Road Acquired for Limited Access Road Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
