Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken for a Main Sewer Outfall in Block V, Pencarrow Survey District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Wellington Region, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 21 September 1964, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 September 1964 at page 1588, by deleting the Schedule of that notice and substituting the following Schedule: Schedule Wellington Land District All those pieces of land situated in Block V, Pencarrow Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows: Area a. r. p. Being 18 1 15 Parangarahu part 6; coloured orange on plan. 5 1 7 Parangarahu part 5B; coloured blue on plan. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18798 (S.O. 25556), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
