Amendment to a Notice Changing the Classification of a Part of a Reserve and Vesting in The Marlborough District Council Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice changing the classification of a part of a reserve and vesting in The Marlborough District Council dated the 3rd day of April 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 32 of 10 April 1997 at page 791, by omitting from the said notice all reference to S.O.
