Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy for the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 4th day of February 1997, concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto: ``That Section 1, S.O. Plan 20541 containing 799 square metres, be declared recreation reserve, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.''
