Road Stopped in Rotorua District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 4, S.O. 58824, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1761, folio 3, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 147724.4, South Auckland Land Registry. Schedule South Auckland Land District 918 square metres, situated in Block II, Tarawera Survey District, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. S. 6266; as shown marked ``R1'' on S.O.
