Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Westland District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Westland Land District 424 square metres, more or less, being part Rural Section 1340, situated in Block II, Totara Survey District; shown marked ``C'' on S.O.
