Land Acquired for an Electricity Sub-Station in the City of Nelson Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for an electricity sub-station and shall vest in The Nelson City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
