Declaring Land to be Held as Wildlife Management Areas West Coast Pursuant to section 63 of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, declares that the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby held as wildlife management areas under section 23b of the Conservation Act 1987. Schedule Nelson Land District Buller District Fletcher Creek Wildlife Management Area 795 hectares, more or less, being area ``C'', S.O. Plan 15262, situated in Blocks XI and XII, Inangahua Survey District, and Block I, Reefton Survey District. Coal Creek Wildlife Management Area 970 hectares, more or less, being area ``D'', S.O. Plan 15270, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Inangahua Survey District. Merrijigs Wildlife Management Area 3410.8 hectares, more or less, being areas ``A'', ``B'', ``C'', ``D'', ``E'' and ``F'', S.O. Plan 15268, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Reefton Survey District, Block IV, Mawheraiti Survey District, and Blocks I, II, V and VI, Waitahu Survey District. Hukawai Wildlife Management Area 2914 hectares, more or less, being areas ``A'', ``B'', ``C'' and ``D'', S.O. Plan 15273, situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Waitahu Survey District, Block IV, Ahaura Survey District, and Blocks I, II and III, Pohaturoa Survey District. Westland Land District Grey District Hochstetter Wildlife Management Area 1630 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 12261, situated in Blocks VI, VII, X, XI and XV, Ahaura Survey District. Westland Land District Westland District Wanganui River Flat Wildlife Management Area 375 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 12253, situated in Block XVI, Clifton Survey District, and Block XIII, Waitaha Survey District. Oneone River Wildlife Management Area 745 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 12354, situated in Blocks XI, XII and XVI, Mount Oneone Survey District. Pye Creek Wildlife Management Area 122.59 hectares, more or less, being Sections 2 and 3, S.O.
