Change of the Classification of a Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (esplanade) reserve to a local purpose (refuse management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
