Reservation of Land Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977. Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 32.1700 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. Plan 15365, situated in Block XV, Pakawau Survey District.
