Notice Cancelling a Maori Reservation and Setting Apart Maori Freehold as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori reservation comprising the Maori freehold land described in the First Schedule hereto, as set apart by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 25, page 761 of 20 March 1980, is hereby cancelled. And Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and recreation and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Pu. First Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Blocks IV and VII, Waihou Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 3642 Hikutaia 1G2B1 as created by partition order, dated 8 August 1963. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Waihou Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 4000 more or less Hikutaia 1G2B1 as created by partition order, dated 8 August 1963.
