Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae, kohanga reo and other Maori cultural activities, to be known as the Parirau Marae Reservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Parirau. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XIII, Matakohe Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.0235 Part Lot 1, North Eastern Portion Allotment 27, Matakohe Parish, being part of the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 25 May 1951.
