Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in The Far North District Council and Appointment of the Waimate North Christian Campus Trust to Control and Manage a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting of control in The Far North District Council, of the local purpose (school) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Waimate North Christian Campus Trust to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose (school) reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District 8146 square metres, more or less, being Section 11, Block V, Kawakawa Survey District (S.O. Plan 42119).
