Crown Land at Arthur's Pass Acquired for Local Purposes (Utility) Reserve Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to a right of way by deed of grant of easement 39B/149 (Canterbury Registry), for local purposes (utility) reserve and shall vest in The Selwyn District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
