Land Acquired for a State School in Tauranga District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 5270 square metres, situated in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 76448; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
