Roadway Declared Road in South Auckland Land District MICHAEL HARDIE BOYS, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to sections 320 and 321 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court, to the Minister of Transport, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be road. Schedule South Auckland Land District Part Waiongona Block (roadway) being part of the land contained in certificate of title A3/1030 (balance) and delineated thereon as roadway and containing 1.0767 hectares, more or less, situated in the Taranaki Land District.
