Revocation of Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservations, as reserves as specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Selwyn District Council at market value. Proceeds from any such sales to be paid into the council's reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
