Land Acquired and Land Set Apart for Sewage Treatment Purposes, Waitara The Minister of Lands declares that, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for sewage treatment purposes, and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette, and pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the lands described in the Second Schedule are hereby set apart for sewage treatment purposes and shall remain vested in The New Plymouth District Council. Second Schedule Area m Being 1270 Section 1, S.O. 13391, being part of the land in certificate of title J4/1063. 1020 Part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 6865 and part Lot 17, D.P. 3480, being the balance of the land in certificate of title 170/117; shown marked ``B'' on S.O. 13391.
