Land in Matamata-Piako District Acquired for Road Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1507 square metres, being part Lot 59C4A, Block XII, Tapapa Survey District; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
