The Fisheries (Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery Season) Notice 1997 (No. F49) Pursuant to section 368 (6) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, hereby makes the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery Season) Notice 1997. 2. Interpretation In this notice any reference to the Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery means the fishery described in Part III of the First Schedule to the Fisheries Act 1996. 3. Dredge oyster season The period commencing on the 1st day of March 1997 and ending with the close of the 31st day of August 1997, shall be the Nelson/Marlborough dredge oyster season for the 1997 fishing year.
