Recommendations From Consultation on ACC Earner Premium As required by section 167b ACC has completed consultation with premium payers and has recommended to the Minister for Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance changes to be made to the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance (Earner Premium) Regulations. The following recommendation has been made: Earner Premium Rate Increase the earner premium by 14 percent from its current level of $0.6222 to $0.7111 (G.S.T. exclusive) per $100 of liable earnings for the 1998/99 premium year.
