Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 28th day of October 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Johnny James McVay of 21 Bongard Street, Greerton, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 28 October 1997, following his conviction on this day for an offence of driving whilst disqualified having previously been disqualified twice. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, the Judge has ordered that a Mazda motor vehicle, registered No. KJ 6340 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 28th day of October 1997.
