Notice of Product Ruling 1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91f of the Tax Administration Act 1994. 2. Product ruling No. 97/80 was issued on 17 October 1997. It relates to the establishment of a unit trust and the treatment of distributions it will make, and the application of sections CF 2 (1) (i) and CF 3 (1) (b) of the Income Tax Act 1994. 3.
