Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, the General Manager, Policy, having obtained pursuant to section 143a (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143a (1) (a) and 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice. Schedule (a) All that parcel of land containing 758 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 52052, certificate of title, Volume 21B, folio 704 (Wellington Registry), subject to lease 673235.1. (b) All that parcel of land containing 513 square metres, more or less in the City of Wanganui, being part Section 401, Right Bank Wanganui River, and being part certificate of titles, Volume 13C, folio 767 (Wellington Registry).
