Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 29th day of September 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Angela Rebecca Irenie Taikato of 79a Waitaha Road, Welcome Bay, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 29 September 1997, following her conviction on 29 September 1997, for the offences of refusing to permit specimen of blood to be taken, driving with excess breath alcohol and driving whilst disqualified having previously been disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Honda Integra motor vehicle, registered No. RP502 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Angela Rebecca Irenie Taikato, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 5.00 p.m. on the 29th day of September 1997.
