Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 2nd day of September 1997 at the District Court at Opotiki, Lance Foster of 157 Wellington Street, Opotiki, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months' from the 10th day of March 1998 following his conviction on the 2nd day of September 1997 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg, has ordered that a Chrysler Valiant motor vehicle, registration No. EE 548 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Lance Foster, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
