Appointment of Judges of the Courts Martial Appeal Court Pursuant to section 3 of the Courts Martial Appeals Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, has been pleased to appoint John Edward Shepherd Allen, one of Her Majesty's Counsel of Hamilton Dennis Hugh Brown, barrister of Wanganui Charles Stuart Blackie v.r.d., barrister of Auckland to be Judges of the Courts Marital Appeal Court for a term of 5 years from the date hereof.
