The Fisheries (Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery Season) Notice (No. 2) 1997 (No. F65) Pursuant to section 368 (6) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, hereby makes the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery Season) Notice (No. 2) 1997. 2. Interpretation In this notice any reference to the Nelson/Marlborough Dredge Oyster Fishery means the Fishery described in Part III of the First Schedule to the Fisheries Act 1996. 3. Dredge Oyster Season The period commencing on the 1st day of October 1997 and ending with the close of the 18th day of December 1997, and then the period commencing with the 1st day of March 1998 and ending with the 31st day of August 1998 shall be the Nelson/Marlborough dredge oyster season for the 1997/98 fishing year.
