Designation of International Air Routes as Non-Smoking Pursuant to section 96a (2) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Jennifer Mary Shipley, designate, without exception, all international air routes and parts of international air routes operated by New Zealand international airlines as non-smoking routes. I hereby revoke the previous notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 December 1996. This notice shall take effect from 1 November 1997. Dated at Wellington this 11th day of August 1997. Hon.
