Acting Judge of High Court Appointed Pursuant to section 11a of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint The Honourable Colin Campbell Fraser to be an acting Judge of the High Court, for a term of 12 months commencing on the 19th day of August 1997.
