Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 11th day of July 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Zak Bertram Upton of 46A Abbotsford Street, Hamilton, was convicted and fined $200.00 and $95.00 Court costs following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. N. MacLean has ordered that a Mitsubishi Starion, registration No. SZ 607 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Zak Bertram Upton, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
