Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 23rd day of December 1996, at the District Court at Tauranga, Hinepare Tepere of 141 Poike Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 10 July 1997, following his conviction on 23 December 1996 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registration No. JO 5637 owned by Manu Pomare Tepere, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
