Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 23rd day of June 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Shane Todd of 19A Tamatea Place, Taupo, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 18 months from following his conviction on the 23rd day of June 1997 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge McKegg has ordered that a Toyota Hi-Ace motor vehicle, registered number KD 1526 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
